Opportunities to Serve

Part of our strategy at The Brook is to help people connect through serving. If you are looking for a place to serve, we'd love to help you get plugged in. Here is a list of some opportunities that are currently available in our church.

Prayer Team – Serving the church through prayer is a great way to form relationships with others while learning about prayer and growing in prayer. No experience is needed, just a desire to pray. If you have questions about what this will look like, please contact our Discipleship & Family Pastor, Dusty Fowler.

Coffee Team – Every Sunday morning, our Coffee Team makes sure that we have coffee ready for our members and guests alike. Even though this team serves behind the scenes, coffee lovers will agree that this is a blessing. And, best of all, our Coffee Team helps us create a wonderful culture of hospitality at The Brook. If you would like to help this team prepare coffee on Sunday mornings, please contact our Connection & Assimilation Pastor, Chip Woosley.

Connection Team – Our Connection Team is the face of our church. They are the people who greet you when you arrive, and the people who hold the doors for you when you leave. If you would be willing to greet our guests, help people find where to go, and be a friendly face in our lobby, please contact our Connection & Assimilation Pastor, Chip Woosley.

Worship Team – Each week our incredible Worship Team leads us on stage and behind the scenes. We currently have opportunities to serve in our band for bass, keyboard, acoustic or electric guitar, and vocals. If you are musically gifted, God has given you a passion for worship through song, and are interested in finding out more about our Worship Team, please contact our Worship Pastor, Jon Muccitelli.

Children’s Ministry – As most of you know, our children’s ministry is booming! God has blessed our church with an abundance of young kids, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to share God’s word with them each week in The Brook Littles and The Brook Kids. If you are interested in investing into the next generation at The Brook, either in classrooms or behind the scenes, please contact our Children's Director, Sarah Garrett.

The Lord's Supper Team – Each week we take The Lord's Supper in both worship services. The Lord's Supper Team serves the church by organizing and preparing the bread and juice elements for our congregation. If you are interested in this serving opportunity, please contact one of our deacons, Ryan Preston.
