Membership is important to us at The Brook. The Christian life is not meant to be an isolated experience. Rather, the Bible teaches that the Christian life is a life lived together as the church - a local body of believers, the family of God, in a committed community. Church membership is the biblical way of identifying and affirming who is with us in community.
A great first step in getting to know The Brook is to attend our Discover Class. Even though this class is not a requirement for membership, it does provide a great opportunity for you to learn more about our history, mission, strategy, and values. You will also meet some of our church leaders and have the opportunity to ask questions. Our Discover Class is held on the first Sunday of even months during the 10:45 service. You can register for our next Discover Class HERE.
If you are ready to join our church, please sign up for our next Membership Class. During our time together, you will have the opportunity to learn what it means to be a committed member of the local church body, as well as how membership plays into our overall mission, and the mission of the global church. We want to honor your time in this class, so we ask that before we meet, you complete some reading and prepare your salvation and baptism story.
Items to complete:
Please read our Doctrinal Statements.
Please read our Vision.
Please complete this Google Form to share your detailed testimony, including your baptism story.
If you would like to attend our next Membership Class, you can register HERE. If you would like to join our church, but are unable to attend one of our Membership Classes, please let us know and we can help you with next steps.
