When is the Sixers Retreat?

The Sixers Retreat is Friday, July 26 - Saturday, July 27. You will drop off your student at the church campus at 6:00 pm on Friday, and you will pick them up at 6:00 pm on Saturday.

What is the Sixers Retreat?

Sixers Retreat is a 24-hour retreat for upcoming 6th graders that provides them an opportunity to get to know The Brook Students and grow in community with one another.

What is the cost?

The cost for the Sixers Retreat is $75, which covers all your student's material, food, fun, and t-shirt.

What will we be doing?

During Sixers Retreat, there will be times that we are in God's word, and times that we are having fun. In addition to our Bible study, we will be introducing our upcoming 6th graders to some of our favorite student ministry games, and going to fun places in the city for fellowship and food.

Where will my student be sleeping?

Students will be sleeping on the church campus. Girls will be sleeping in the 2-story building (the preschool building), and guys will be sleeping in The Backyard (where we normally meet for youth worship). Along with our student leaders, we will have adult leaders in each area. Students will need to bring their own sleeping bag or air mattress and sheets. 

Will there be an itinerary and a "what to bring" list provided for this event?

Yes, we will send this out closer to the event.
